4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances held.

4.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during the lifetime of your Account is truthful, accurate and not misleading. Providing false, fabricated or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.3 KYC Verification. bet785 is required to verify the identity, age and, where applicable, the source of funds of its Users. You agree to promptly provide any documents or information requested as part of the KYC process, which may include but is not limited to: a valid government-issued photographic identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of deposit, wagering and withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. • Use the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime activity.

5.1 Service Availability. bet785 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the Platform. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.2 Game Integrity. All games and sports betting markets offered on the Platform are governed by specific game rules, which are made available within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or fault affecting a game, bet or transaction, bet785 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the original stake. No winnings derived from a demonstrable system error shall be honoured.

6.1 Accepted Methods. The payment methods available for deposits on bet785 are displayed within the Platform cashier. 7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. You may request a withdrawal of available Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) at any time, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) compliance with applicable withdrawal limits; (c) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements; and (d) no outstanding investigations, disputes or compliance holds on your Account.

7.2 Verification Before Withdrawal. bet785 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or source-of-funds documentation. We may request additional documentation in such circumstances.

7.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability and applicable limits. Where the original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, bet785 will work with you to identify a suitable alternative.

7.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing windows vary by method, verification status and operator batch schedules. bet785 does not warrant or guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. 7.5 Fees. bet785 does not charge withdrawal fees except where specifically stated in the cashier. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which bet785 accepts no responsibility.

7.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a consecutive period as defined in the Platform's operational policy may be subject to an inactivity fee applied to the remaining account balance, following written notice to the registered email address. 8.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, reload offers, cashback offers and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") stated at the time of each offer. These Terms apply in addition to any Promotion-specific terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 8.5 Promotional Availability. bet785 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any Promotion already accepted by an eligible User prior to such modification or withdrawal.

8.6 Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as specified in each Promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending wagering requirements will be automatically removed from your Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet785 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating or knowingly benefiting from more than one Account;
• False Identity: Registering with false, fabricated or third-party personal information;

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to place, layer or integrate criminally-derived funds;

bet785 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to forfeit all balances associated with such Account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12.4 User's Own Risk. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk. You participate in all games and betting markets on the Platform entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through your wagering activity.

12.5 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, bet785's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting bet785 support. Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your most recent withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable processing timelines.

13.2 Closure by bet785. bet785 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is involved in suspected fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory directive; (d) continued operation of your Account poses a risk to bet785 or other users; or (e) you have been found to be under the Eligible Age.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately terminates. Balances subject to active investigations, compliance holds or bonus wagering disputes may be withheld pending resolution of those matters.

Pakistan has restrictions on gambling activity under applicable federal and provincial legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
